Title: Facilities Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for special projects as part of Facilities Project Management and Construction.
Facilities Project Management and Construction manages, coordinates, and oversees the design, development and construction management of:
- All capital projects
- Renovations
- New construction
These projects are located in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, PA, as well as off-site facilities in the surrounding regions. The team includes experienced and licensed engineers, architects, and support personnel who manage consulting, architects and engineers, contractors, and construction managers to safely complete projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills:
- Must have previous experience with large, enterprise infrastructure projects including networks, end-point connections, device standup.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Hospital / healthcare experience required.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Communications skills must be strong, with the ability to communicate to the C-suite and other executive stakeholders, end-user customers, and individual team members.
- The ability to work with large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with E-Builder, Smartsheet, Macro, Procure, or similar data management systems that support construction and/or project development portfolios with an owner-centric focus is preferred.
